BLACKBURN BAKERY
Modern, well invested, focusing on high volume, small pies & tarts, Swiss rolls & mini roll. Will have a low volume bespoke pie & tart facility (Spans x 2 Football Pitches). AA+ BRC accredited
SHADSWORTH BAKERY
Produces volume Round Unit Cakes, Slab & Loaf Cakes, Fruit Pies, Small Tarts, Bakewells and Mince Pies
(Spans x1.5 Football Pitches). A+ BRC accredited
BRADFORD BAKERY
Focusing on volume production of Fairy Cakes & Cup Cakes. It also has the flexibility to hand finish for added value. A low volume baking facility lends low volume market trial capabilities (Spans x1.5 Football Pitches). AA+ BRC accredited
CMJ BAKERY, POLAND
Our Polish facility offers low labour cost combined with high efficiency advantages for Jam Tarts, Fruit Pies, Mince Pies, Mini Mince Pies, Chocolate Enrobed Cakes, Mini Rolls, & Swiss Rolls. A centre for decorated cake was set up in 2013. This produces high labour content decorated Celebration and Christmas cakes. (Spans x24 Football Pitches). A+ BRC accredited
HULL BAKERY
Our Hull facility produces Christmas cakes, a large range of celebration cakes, slabs and chilled desserts including cheesecakes, crumbles, pies, sponges and melt in the middle. The site is made up of 3 zones: Z1 AA+, Z2 AA+ and Z3 AA+ BRC accredited.
