We’re thrilled to confirm we have collaborated with M&S to rollout a range of new bakes, just in time for the fast-approaching festive season, including a much-anticipated Percy Pig sponge roll, following the recent success of the Percy Pig Percymas Pies. The Percy Pig sponge launched in M&S stores nationally on the 3rd November.

It’s always a pleasure working alongside M&S, especially at this time of year when consumers are increasingly looking for indulgent treats to celebrate Christmas. The Percy Pig brand is loved by the nation and is renowned for being delicious, so to integrate this same great taste into another format for consumers to enjoy has been fantastic.

The Percy Pig sponge roll is a pink sponge filled with pink Percy Pig flavour buttercream and fruity jelly pieces, rolled in pink raspberry flavour sugar.

M&S product developer, Natalie Tate, comments: “This is a unique take on a classic sponge roll, with pink fluffy sponge, Percy Pig flavour buttercream and chewy fruit jelly pieces with pink edible sugar sprinkled on top for that added bit of M&S magic. It is as mouth-watering to eat as it comes, and also makes a great base layer for a show-stopping trifle or pudding!”

We have been working with M&S for many years, providing a range of ambient cakes to the nation for one of Britain’s most prominent retailers.
