On the 12th of July BBF Blackburn Bakery had the pleasure of hosting the Department of Food and Health Sciences, Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong in partnership with Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) around the Bakery. Russell Cawdron Technical Manager of Blackburn and Shadsworth Bakery had this to say
